How Does It Work?
You simply call the 24/7 helpline, where you’ll speak to an experienced member of the customer service team who will book either a telephone or video consultation with a GP at a convenient time.
One of our doctors calls you back at the appointed time and the consultation begins. All of our GPs are currently practising, UK based, GMC registered doctors.
With no time limit, you can speak to a clinician for as long as necessary about any concerns or symptoms.
If you give consent, the recording from your call can be sent straight to your surgery GP, allowing for quicker referrals and further follow up treatment. If you have private medical insurance, referrals resulting from your consultation can be sent directly to a specialist, helping to expedite recovery.
